I like this.
To me, it seems like that very moment you took the picture, that she wasn't there....she was somewhere far-far away. The perfect light and the black&white surely completes it.
Did you you develop this yourself?
btw I browsed through your website and I must say, I like your work, you inspire me to finish my black and white roll.
Well done.

Thanks a lot for your kind comment.
I develop it myself, but this is a negative scan. I made a darkroom print with an other one : [link]
Glad you like it, thank you!

My pleasure man.
Just one more thing, when you developed these b&w photos, especially this photo and the link you sent me, did you use any "techniques" for manipulations (while in the development process) like for added contrast or even vignetting?...Or were these photos "untouched"?
I am new to film, just want to know what's possible and how most of you guys develop and edit/manipulate your work. Is there a website (or a specific book) that you would recommend...you know, for me to learn "The way of the Darkroom" from step one?
I just need a push in the right direction.

Sorry for the delays!
The print on the link, I got this result using masks and leaving the picture in the developper longer than indicated.
I don’t know any dedicated website, I learned by myself, gathering information everywhere and using my own stuff.
