She looks better than the first drawing of her, I'd say you're improving.

It's a very nice improvement, though.. 
The hand is a little backwards if I'm seeing it right, and yah, there's the leg/hip being a little straight. I think it looks pretty good though. The only thing that I'd look into is the connection of her raised arm to her chest, it's a little too curled in rather than straight up. Tough to explain, but it still looks good..
