I just searched it up, and I'm very sorry you have that illness. I'm trying to imagine how it would affect every aspect of your life and it's just horrible. But, maybe you could try to work your way up to big interactions by having small ones? I'm sorry I can't help much, so I'll give you a virtual hugΒ Β and hope you can find a way to get it treated.
