Not the first time I use as a reference a movie I never watched, and certainly not the last time .

So, I wonder if anyone has thought of this before . I mean , Goofy and Derpy ( from MLP, in case you didn't recognize here), share so much similarities that it was too tempting !
They're both two kind-heated goofballs who try their best to help their friends, even though it doesn't end well most of the time .Moreover, they're two single and caring parents, who have to look after one child, a big responsibility, and they do it perfectly . In their own clumsy way, but still perfectly . ^^
They're also the product of two power-hungry corporations, but that's not relevant here . ^^

So, you can either imagine them as a pairing of just friends, either works for me .

About Derpy's design, I just draw like she was a Disney antropomorphic character, and I took Clarabelle Cow (because she has more or less the same built than Derpy, the way I saw her), and Horace Horsecollar, because well ....He's an horse !
