Your Jill cosplay is just amazing!
You totally have the looks to represent Jill! The costume is very good (it must be quite hard to imitate something like a wetsuit without acutally using a real, expensive wetsuit). Your photographer and editor did a great job, too. Not only with the lighting, but with the whole environment.
What I also really like about this picture in particular: You're not holding the gun like some hollywood gangster! Your shooting position is close to perfect. Most cosplayers (who are cosplaying characters with guns) should take you as an example.
