An idea came to my mind while I just finished watching an anime - "Is the Order a Rabbit?" several days ago.
I imagine Cocoa and Chino was a two headed conjoined girl.
Cocoa: "Wow, now we become one, and we are always together anywhere. That was awesome!"
Chino: "Well..., that's very bad to me. By the way, your cheek is too close to my face. I feel uncomfortable."
