Description I have imagined when Vocaloid's and Idolmaster's characters are conjoined together, so I drew this work.

These five girls are two-faced and have two characteristics.
They are best friends.

These girls from left to right are:
1. Haruka Miku (春香ミク) ( Original characters are Amami Haruka and Hatsune Miku )
2. Chihaya IA (千早IA) ( Original characters are Chihaya Kisaragi and IA )
3. Iori Neru (伊織ネル) ( Original characters are Minase Iori and Akita Neru )
4. Yukiho Yukari (雪步ゆかり) ( Original charearacters are Hagiwara Yukiho and Yuzuki Yukari )
5. Double-Miki (双美希) ( Original charearacters are Hoshi Miki and SF-A2 Miki )
They also are the members of Student council except Double-Miki.

I don't own Idolmaster and Vocaloid.

Idolmaster @ Bandai Namco Games.

Vocaloid @ YAMAHA.

Are each of these girls of one mind and just look very unusual or are they two people?

Anyway, regarding the actual artwork itself, I find Double-Miki particularly interesting since this essentually has Hoshi Miki conjoined with an android.   I wonder how that works, and what that results in for Hoshi considering that she's human?

Miki was a normal person originally, but she asked for a doctor to transform her as two face person.
This doctor used an android body to joint on her body as her half body.

The android has a robot brain, too, but can't have it's self consciousness, always being controlled by Miki's brain.
Miki also can use this android's brain to do some complex calculations.

This android's energy is taken from Miki's heart instead of batteries so that it can prevent that Miki's robot-part body can't move when the batteries has no electricity.

Because she is still a normal person, her human's mouth and her android's mouth always speaking the same words together at the same time.

So really it's more like Hoshi is just wearing a human-looking super-fancy power suit-like device? (like Samus's varia suit)

Hope you don't mind me being your self-appointed English tutor yet again.

"so I draw this work"
The word "draw" is a present-tense word, referring to doing something right now.  The word you want is "drew", which refers to a drawing that you have already made.

"These all five girls"
'These' and 'all' are not supposed to be used together in a sentence like that; both words refer to the same object and therefore its grammatically redundant.  You want to either state "These five girls" or "All five girls".

(btw, you forgot a space between 'girls' and 'from' in "These girlsfrom left")

Oops, I made a minor mistake of my own.

"therefore its grammatically"
This should be "it's" with an apostrophe ( ' ) since it's a shortening of the two words "it is" - this is call a contraction, and contractions ALWAYS use an apostrophe.

Oh for the love of...

"this is call"
This should be "this is called"; again, 'call' is present-tense while 'called' is past-tense.
