I vote for the white lipstick in all honesty. It's unusual, and reaches out past what Goth-ism is typed with.

I like the way this Germaine looks, but I guess it makes more sense for her to have her old look since the reboot went 10 years back. Both looks are nice either way. ^^
Also, I'm sure someone has brought this up but have you considered making a group on dA? It might be an easier way to organize things and more people are likely to see it. And it just doesn't have to be for Foamy, you can make the group for all of your characters. Just throwing it out there.

I tried blue and it kinda got lost in the character design... but then again, it's something I'm not really using in the series... at least not yet... so it's more of a test thingy.

Same blue as her hair. But the design isn't set in stone. So there's room for improvement.

Hm . . . Maybe you need to make the lines on the lips a navy blue, then the outer color of her lips a little lighter to emphasize the image.
