Can you TELL I'm a bit biased with this one...?

Not gonna lie, part of me wonders if Hollywood should be doin' remakes of THESE Specials instead of stuff like the Disney Renaissance movies because unlike those, Rankin/Bass specials have plenty of room for improvement... At the same time though, the conventions of animation and storytelling have shifted so much over the years (for better and worse) that if they make a version of this plot with "Technical" updates to the story, I'm afraid they might also make it less FUN than the original (even Klaus which was genuinely Bliss for its first hour or so, had to cram in all that nonsense towards the end).

Anyway, just a random thought... Still think this is pretty good tho.
