Professor Antonius Von Veeblefitzer, the exalted Emperor of the Roly Homan Pirem (In our dull universe, that would be the Holy Roman Empire piloted by Charlemagne, and yes, there's a big time gap in this alt' history.)
Anyway . . ., thousands of veeb'd armored fighting vehicles, tens of thousands of aircraft, and hundreds of thousands of troops are launched, on May 7th 1945, to liberate Europe from the tyranny of the satanic BCE, in what was named Operation Oden.
