I love his long and skinny legs, also his feet looks great! I like it. The white outline over the whole drawing gives a nice effect and also nice job on his coat, looks good. The only thing I'd change is the medigun, it looks nice but I had a feeling like it's slightly curved, I'd make it straight, like in the game, but again, its just a small detail and my nitpicking. The whole pic is very nice!
Also, you are getting bonus points for accuracy on the animated part, it is so true! xD

I am pretty pleased with this pixel gif and I'm glad you like it! Also thanks for pointing out that detail. Honestly I noticed that medigun was bit... "eh" when i started to animate it... But then was just too late and I spend some good part of my day making it. So I will watch out on it more next time. 
Thats why this song always play in my head when I see Medic
