I've tamed the beast, to some extent.

It doesn't look too bad till you zoom in and see the muckiness

Hehe thanks ^^ I'm on a hunt to find some decent tutorials to help me. At the moment I'm just playing about and trying different buttons out

Just type in photoshop tutorials into google. You'll get all kinds of stuff. Or you can go onto the adobe website and look at the tutorials, but they're not really written for the computer illiterate(like me)
