nar unfortunately i didnt, it's an old plasma gun design from warhammer 40k

WWooaahh. what a kick ass picture. depite being a tyranid player that space marine looks as thick and chunky as he should be. booo to the emporor but it must have took you a good while to do this.

yeh it took long enough! i don't play warhammer anymore, but i played tyranids from start to finish, loved them so much! i try to avoid drawing them tho cos when i try they look all cartoony and i try to go for some kind of realism

Yeah i would expect it would take forevor, im hibernating from warhammer cos i got no money so i guess ill need a J.O.B (faints) but like you it was tyranids start to finish, but i should get back cos next month the new tyranid army is coming out and the models are fantastic.
Yeah i have the same problem when drawing nids like that sucky lictor in my sacrifice picture, it didnt look like somethink you would take seriouse (cartttony effect) but hopefully in the new nid codex would prop some ideas.

love this image. used to be a warhammer player myself, i had a small necron army. they rocked. wanna get back into it with my mates mainly to paint again coz it was so much fun. shame i dont have a job for those steep prices

awesome! if i had the cash id buy all the codexes, cos the artwork in them is quite simply outstanding. i used to play quite a lot, but now all my tyranids are broken so i think i might just paint some models which i like

thx for the comment! i did have a tyranid army and a dwarf army for ages, but they've broken now and i cant afford to patch em up yet. im thinking about getting back into it for the painting and whatnot. oooh eldar, they're very kool. especially howling banshees
