Description
Here's a brand new OC that I've never drawn fan art of before. This is Delijz 's OC, Ruminoff, from her 'Ell Staff series. She has a nice style and draws nice pictures. I've come to know this character of hers a bit more now. And thus, this was officially the time I got to make fan art of her. I tried my best to stay true to her design while also taking some liberties, what with drawing her in the KandV style, most noticably in the face.
