Love the colors and the action in this one. Man, he got up there, didn't he? Nice shot.

I like this however I would've pumped up the ISO to 400 and shot at 1/320 or 1/400 as there's a slight blur on the riders front wheel.

Thanks for your comment. In my opinion its better to have a slight blur on wheels etc to show that the subject is still moving as usually if the actions completely frozen it all looks a bit static.. I'll try what you said though and see if it works visually.

Depends what flash you're using. You can usually shoot faster than 1/200 with external flash kits however it does highly depend on your set up.
