You didn't answer my question. Did you get the artist's permission to upload his work to deviantart? a website which he already has an account in? Making livewallpapers doesn't give you a by-pass to upload other people's work.

Sorry but I'm missing something? The video was already a live wallpaper that is FREE to download (I sent you the link to check by yourself), so I didn't and I don't create any live wallpaper as you say..
Have you downloaded the .zip here to see what is inside? Is the same mp4 plus another "data" file to run directly with Rainwallpaper program. Nothing more. So since is a free stuff and since I always write the original source/user who posted it or created I don't understand the problem.
The claim exists only if I give no credits, if I sell them as mine, or if I hide any artist name from them. But since nothing of them happen here I don't understand the issue. I post as credits only what I see and know

Now if there is actually more artwork's names behind I'm not able to know it you like it or not. That's why I ask from the people to know more to give me the necessary infos and I'll add it to the description with absolutely no problem. Is always a free video that has been taken from a free source.
I create XWidget widgets for years. Many people advertise my widgets giving credits with my name and link of the original post here.
Should I complain too for this..?!

Let me be perfectly clear, I have no issue with the free livewallpapers, it's fine.
The problem is this post is just a cropped not even modified image of an artwork that is already on the site itself, which is just taking away the views that belongs on the artist's page. And as I see it this should require the artist's permission.

Yes I understand your point of you, but since this particular vid like ALL of the others here, are already available for download for free(!) in many sites I suppose that the permissions have be taken. I don't think that the original designer is too fool to let the users who used his/her draw to create a vid , without any action if there is something wrong.. I know that maybe this is not a good justification, but as I said is just the same video posted for free in other free sites. The people need to understand that I have not any personal gain from this, I'm not selling this or claim that I have created it, and surely I never want to "steal" any kind of art. I'm not a prof designer in my real life and I don't live from all this here. I just want to share this free video again in another format, for who wants to use Rainwallpaper program. I don't know if you read to that site mylivewallpers.com that under the vid they give instructions how to convert it and run it as a lwp. So why for them is ok and for me it's not!? This is what I'm doing here! It's the same video only compressed in a zip after all. Nothing more. That's why I never had or have problem to put the missing (not intensionally!) credits or even remove a topic when it's needed.
Unfortunately most of the people just see a picture here without read the description, or check for real what is all about...

So if someone can give more info about a particular art and the original artwork ,even before the vids was created, I have absolutely no problem add it to the description too! Yeah, I recognize the work of a lot of other DA artists in this person's gallery and none of them seem to have the appropriate credit given.
