Since the special Graduation Day. And by Molecular Muscle Enhancers, they were from the episode "Ron the Man" where Ron tried out one and Drakken gave each of his 5 delegated goons, minus Shego, one Molecular Muscle Enhancer, to get at the Pan-Dimensional Vortex Inducer from Professor Dementor (who beat Drakken to the punch), and Ron single-handedly takes care of Drakken's male goons while Kim deals with Shego.
