I enjoy this character design: the ballcap, T and trousers indicate Tomboy's true nature, whatever that might be. An observation: the glasses trigger thoughts of manipulation and/or sarcasm. But glasses do that; they create a seperation as you may well know.
As a critique: there's a lot going on with the hair: it risks being distracting.
Tied back, down, or bangs;
Pick your favorite. It makes the feature prominent and the hairstyle memorable.

Thanks for the critique but actually I should have specified this character is not in the comic. It was from a game I was playing with some friend of mine on a forum. We had to draw ourselves as the other gender and that's what this is.
