This is the scene from the ep "A Beautiful Mine" where the gang has just mined some asterubies on the asteroid, and also just after the space bandit trio Zix, Travoltron, and Tee left them, and the "ruby madness" accusations started by the bandits start flying at eachother left and right. Right after this moment, Carl interjects, "Ruby madness!" The rest of them shout at him, really annoyed by that, "BE QUIET!!!"

Very nice job.I remember seeing Jimmy Neutron when I was only 9 years old.Sadly it was canceled after a few episodes,tv movies,2 holiday specials,a never before seen pilot episode and a movie.I've been drawing Jimmy Neutron ever since I was only 12 years old...I was only a preteen when I started drawing Jimmy Neutron,Angelica Pickles,Ursula the seawitch,Harold Berman and Tibs.Watching cartoons and movies made me feel inspired to draw the characters in my style.Just take it from me since I drew the characters I knew in my style today.
