It's mid-winter, and Retroville's being hit by a freak blizzard, and it wasn't long before Jimmy's power went out at his place, robbing him of much needed electricity and heat. As if that wasn't harsh enough on the poor guy, just 45 short minutes after that, his water pipes became frozen solid, depriving him of any water he could potentially use after boiling it in his fireplace. He tried his hardest to tough it out and keep himself occupied through Goddard, but his mechanical canine was extremely vulnerable to the volitile, bitter cold, and quickly went into hibernation mode once the house got cold enough, rendering himself virtually useless to his master.

Even so, Jimmy STILL tried very stubbornly to tough it out and attempt various means to try and keep himself warm, from exercising vigorously to using several thick blankets to cover himself. This kept on until evening, and by then, he was shivering from head to toe and completely exhausted from his efforts to keep himself warm. So he grabbed the warmest coat, gloves, and hat he could find and, seeing the lights on in the house across the street and not without cringing as he considered doing so, braved the elements, crossed the street to HER house, and went inside without any hesitation.

Since he knew that Cindy's place was the only home near him with a generator, Jimmy decided he'd risk it since he was desperate for warmth, he hung up his cold weather gear near her front door, then headed to the first place he could think of that was the warmest: her upstairs bathroom. He didn't realize it was already occupied, but he didn't care by that time; he just wanted warmth, and fast... Must to his shock once he got there, Cindy, caught completely off guard since she was currently bathing, immediately flipped out and shrieked the moment she saw him enter! Talk about a rude, not to mention embarrassing, interruption!! But hey, the guy was desperate, so he'd resort to anything to get warm!
