Description
I finally made a penguin OC! And despite me unintentionally making it look like a Club Penguin character, it's meant to have no relation to that game (though if you wanna draw this character in the Club Penguin Universe/Style, that's fine too). Like with Jimmy the Fox, he's a 17 year old penguin with neat hair and a blue T-Shirt with him on it. His main ability is to inflate, and even if his belly is soft, it is affective if he got into a fight. His T-Shirt is also customizable in terms of color as long as it still has himself on it, or at least if it's something like a balloon as well. And yes, you can also give him a rounded beak or a sharp beak.
