Manic the Hedgehog, my favorite character out of the three siblings from Sonic Underground, laughing hard. The art I did here is based on an image of Sonic laughing. Manic sure does look alot like Sonic. anyway, Manic rocks.Manic-FC would love this picture.
Aritist's note: it took me nearly an hour to do this because I tried to draw Manic's hair on Sonic and after I finished drawing him, I have to color him. Then scanned it and erase a few parts.

hes so cute, his laughter on underground was adorable too. He's such a sweetheart, and to tell the truth, he's the kind of type of boy you'd want to see everyday, because despite his knacks from being raised by theives on the streets and sewers (not that i care those are one of the things I love most about him), he seems to be the caring type of guy. I absolutely adore manic ^^
