Is that what happends when you die from spraycan intoxication?
Or may spraycan artist goes to a special heaven together with their empty dead spraycans... or that'd probably be a version of hell.
Its a cool concept, makes you start thinking about what is really going on on the picture - I guess thats what makes it successful concept art.
