Well, I used that title due to a quote from one of the earlier Flash episodes with Captain Cold.
It isn't particularly well known and it is absolutely true, in terms of actual science, that heat and cold are indeed opposites but I'm stating that speed and cold are opposites due to Cisco Ramon's quote.
Sorry for any confusion.
