This dude here, he just kinda, popped into my head at school so of course I sketched him. [holy hell I am proud of that main sketch]

Yes I know he looks like he'd be a menacing meanie, but he's not; he's actually quite nice and has a noble purpose.

So this guy, calling him Caller atm unless I can think up a better name, but I think Caller matches him the most with his purpose. Hell I don't know where to even start with explaining what he does so eh, I'll just explain what he is first.

So Caller, he's some kind of demon monster spirit dude. He can see dead people, or at least, the ones who have not yet gone to heaven/hell and wander around as invisible intangible ghostly forms (I guess you could say that he has a secret; he sees dead people. [not really a secret I just wanted to make that reference/joke //shot]). However, these dead people cannot see him unless he lets them see him (this also goes for living creatures). He is also intangible and pretty much a spirit which you can't hurt being, unless he manifests himself, then he's able to get hurt.

Another thing on his physical appearance, he's very tall if he stands up. So if he stands up he'll be around, I dunno (sketched this at school so monster to phone ratio is not to scale) 10 feet. His arms are abnormally long, why this is will be explained later. He doesn't really have a face, but two sunken points where his eyes are supposed to be, and his mouth can open up when he makes it but when idle it is just skin. He appears very limber, lean, and thin with wiry muscles showing as if his skin is tight against them. He can, but it's not required to, eat; although he rarely does (is why he looks the way he does, if he wanted to he could bulk up but he don't care)

His skin is a dark black/reddish color, not unlike that of a charred corpse. And he has stout spines running along his spine, along with large hands with dark sharp claws on each hand and foot.

He is also very very heavily inspired by and old character of mine named Tsumeme, who looks nearly identical to him, although Tsumeme has one large eye on his face, his spines are larger, his claws are larger along with longer toes and fingers, and he is dangerous.

Now to Caller's actual purpose (this was going to remain a secret, until I write anything explaining him, but I don't think I'll be getting to his story anytime soon, so I'll say it here anyways)

Caller has no desire to harm living humans, unlike many demons and demonic spirits; but he'd rather bring closure to the deceased ones.

What he does is find those dead ones who are still roaming around invisible on earth, as some of them end up that way (this is most likely when they don't know they're dead [sudden death] or can't accept it, things like that) while some others go straight to heaven/hell/wherever you want to believe. And he offers them a chance to contact a loved person (or, if this person has no loved ones, then at least someone living) one last time. Doing so this dead person can receive closure and prepare themselves for the afterlife, knowing that they were able to say their final goodbyes to at least one person. However, the other living person whom they called do not remember the call; but they still get that feeling of subtle closure, despite not remembering. (however, in rare cases they do; but Caller tells the dead one to tell them not to tell)

How Caller does this is his mouth opens, and he reaches into his mouth and pulls out a phone (as sketched. Still haven't decided what kind of phone it would be though. Possibly a small cellular phone, but possibly an older style phone with the cord connecting in his mouth somewhere) he then gives the phone to the person (this is why he has such long arms, the person might be afraid of him so he reaches out so they don't have to get closer to him) and they may dial anyone they want and talk to them. After this they continue on to the afterlife.

However, with the people who don't accept that they've died; Caller is there to convince them and help them accept the fact that they've died. If the person does not believe him, then they go on being a dead intangible invisible undetectable ghost spirit person, until they finally accept it (if they ever do) and find Caller again (or he finds them)

If the person who died does not know the phone number (perhaps they are a child or never found out, or perhaps they forgot) of the one they wish to call, then Caller would dial it for them.

As for the whole situation with serial killers, demons, and monsters preying on humans; he's neutral on that. Although sometimes, if he sees someone like Kagekao or Jeff out on the prowl, he will follow them in secret so he can get to the person as soon as they're killed.

And there you have it, Mr Caller. If you read all that then thank you I appreciate it and please leave some feedback on his concept, I'd love to hear :3 (I thought about his concept all day at school, so like 8 hours; that's 8 hours work up there so it could use more thought)
