Soo, first proper attempt at using other people's stock and stuff. I seem to have gotten the hang of photoshop now. At least some of the basic's anyways!
I know, I know it's not really very good, and I'll probably scrap it later. But oh wells. Maybe you guys can give me some tips, and pointers or something!

I think it's really good! I love moon pics^^ I have one tip maybe, the thing she's standing on (what's it called in English?), you know the wood thing, if you made the colour a little less yellow/green it might look more like it was taken at night.

And hehehe, let's say all in all Photoshop can be a bit of a bitch to get the hang of, but I'm sure you'll pick everything up again as soon as you try!

And loads of people say Dexter is really awesome, my boyfriend is a little Dexter fanboy! XD But unfortunately, I've never seen it myself, it's not on our TV's yet. But who knows, we usually always get shows late.

I'd like to see both Grey's Anatomy and prison Break, but I'm never home when they show it :/ Lols, it's just good luck House and dexter is on the same evening, cause then I hurry at work just to rush home on time

Aww, I love both of those shows.
But yeah, I'd suggest investing in the boxsets for sure. Especially the Heroes one, because that show is just damn incredible, and besides, there's a hunky bad boy with telekenesis who goes around chopping people's heads off and steealing their brains.

I've watched some of PB episodes, and it is good. One of my fav actors hís there too, the Swede.. I can't remeber what he's called in the show. And both of the brothers are quite hot ^^

Great concept!
The edges are pretty blurred, though. What method did you use for cutting out? The Magic Wand is a pretty useful tool for such stuff. Masks are another nice alternative.

Ah I see, already thought so 
Masks are quite similar to the eraser version. You use a brush and paint all you want visible white and all you want hidden black (grey tones are something inbetween). Do this on the mask (right-click on a layer and see what's in the PS menu, there should be something with masks), not on a separate layer. If you use a hard brush (no soft edges) it looks as if it was cut out

Haha, then, have fun!! Life is a lot easier with masks. Especially because you can always correct errors you made because the picture information isn't just gone.
In PS you can also do effect masks. Unfortunately you can't do that with GIMP.
