They can only breed with other ponies of their kind, if they have partners of other species of ponies in such situations they normally adopt or find a donor/surrogate ^^ But yes they can have relationships with other species of ponies.

You can draw them with 2 wings if its easier, just write in the bio or something that they have four! Could be they had a pair of small wings under their big ones!
