Sorry y’all! My Thanksgiving weekend has been a bit maddening with scheduling so I’ve not had time to do that grand thanksgiving pic I promised (but with any luck I should get it done soon)! However, I did have a moment so I decided to go back and redesign a character that wasn’t clicking with me , despite being an OC I really wanted people to enjoy: Surfer Sweetheart Rachel! Whether it be the outfit I stuck her in, the general Bio being kinda lame compared to those like Victoria and Bombshell…or just the Frank fact I gave her an UGLY face…I feel like I didn’t hit the nail on the head with her.

Which sucked, because I really want Rachel to be the OC that kinda represents me and my OC stuff in the future. I’m talking like big involvement in other Oc pictures (as I get better at drawing female figures and what not lol), profile picture, ect. So, I did some tweaking and in the end, Rachel has gone from the forgotten child of the OC lineup to one who I’m VERY excited to show more of in the future! Hopefully you guys like the new design more too!

Bio:
Living on the tropical island cityscape of New Samolulu, “Surfer Girl” Rachel can be found working a miriad of odd jobs around the island. Waitressing, delivery, surf instructing, lab assistant…whatever you can think of, she’s probably done it for work at some point. It’s hard, but it keeps her life from being boring! When she’s not doing the 9-5 however, Rachel can be found generally trying to live life like a giant vacation with as many people as possible. She spends most free waking hours surrounded by her friends and hanging out by the local eateries, by the beach catching waves as the sun sets, or even occasionally traveling into the city of Samolulu to engage with the nightlife. She eats like her stomach is a black hole, she parties like a college student…and at the end of it all she sleeps like a sloth. And while she has a bad habit of being easily forgetful or even dim witted, you won’t meet anyone with a bigger heart than her!

Oh I should also end this pic by mentioning this: as part of my redesign for Rachel, I decided in the process somewhere that she needed a best friend to be seen with…so time permitting over the next week, we should have a brand new OC to add to my expanding lineup! So look forward to meeting Rachel’s Bestie soon!
