Work in Photoshop CS3
Tool > wacom tablet
Brush
> drawing line >> hard round brush No.5 with 75% opacity
> paint >> Airbrush Hard Round 9- infinity with 20-100% opacity
When paint >> start with 100% opacity
>> then 50-70 or whatever
>> add some texture on cloth
First dress design by me.

like i usualy paint to XD
but i preffered to make the clothes before coloring ^^
i think coloring the nude bod+ the underwair and then to upter clothes will take much more time
but in the end it seems to looks cleaner?

Your drawing is just so... layered?
Like drawing the naked model underneath, and then drawing clothes on another layer...
Painting digitally seems faster

I don't actually paint the naked body but I need to paint this one cause I need her body to wear other clothes too (about 5-10 clothes)

I think it's really interesting how you shade the entire body itself before putting the clothes over top. If you think about it it's actually a very good way to get the shading down on tight areas of clothing!
Love the design, as well.
