Just some cartoon I stumbled over while zapping through TV. The show is called witch Lilli (it's the translation of the german title, the title might still be different in the English version).
Lilli is the redhead, licking one of the girls feet. The tan girl is from an episode where Lilli traveled to the amazonas to get some medicine for her sick brother.
