Very cute. Reminds me of the cartoon 'David de kabouter'. It reminds me a lot of my youth. Love the texturing, color choice and composition. Incredible work.

I assume there is open space underneath the branch of the Fairy or is there another branch - in which case - if not, I would remove the extra bit of shadow that is being cast and just keep it set on the branch. You wouldn't see the shadow continue unless it is hitting another surface.
Did that make sense? O_O
