I made Curseverse as my Bad End au, but I wasn't super happy with how it was going, Didn't like how the refs looked, didn't like the ocs so I decided to try and rewrite it, and after about a week of brainstorming I was able to come up with something I liked a lot better, and something I think would run alot smoother.

What is the Bad End AU? Basically everything stays the same until the first changeling attack, along with the main events. Until the end. When Twilight finds Cadence she is weak, after weeks, or maybe months of being imprisoned she is close to death, and Twilight desperately tries to save her. This leads to the same chain of events, Twilight is able to get Cadence to Shining Armor and their love saves the day, or at least thats what it seems to be. But the events are more tragic then Twilight thought.

She finds Chrysalis had killed Celestia and Luna as a way to make sure she could stay in power. Not only that but Shining Armor falls into a coma after he was drained by Chrysalis. He later ends up dying. Twilight is broken, her family is dead and in her rage and grief she blames her friends. If only they had listened to her when she told them something was wrong, then maybe. Maybe they would still be alive today.

Twilight takes the role of Ruler, Ascending into an Alicorn. But she's different, seemingly traumatized from the events she reverts back to her season one self. She gives up on friendship and is a cruel Cynicle leader. The Mane Six fall apart, Twilight not able to forgive them for what they've done. So, the elements are passes on to their children. Starting the Cycle a new, and hopefully successful.

-Twilight becomes a Cruel and Cynical mare, who seems to have given up on friendship and any hope
-Rainbowdash unable to confront her emotions, instead blocks them out and trains to be a Wonderbolt
-Fluttershy has found peace now with the situation. She's upset at the circumstance but has learned to forgive herself and Twilight
-Rarity enraged at the accusation and the treatment of her ruler becomes a catty sarcastic and drunken bitch. She takes out her misery on those around her
-Applejack is ingulfed with guilt, she constantly blames herself. She wants to make it up to Twilight but doesn't know how. She puts all her effort on work to try and numb the pain
-Pinkiepie like her wife has found peace with the situation, still its a fresh wound, and she refuses to talk about it or she gets too emotional
