She most certainly fits the role of major villain. Clever, conniving, manipulative, untrustworthy, and sadistic. Heck, she committed a large act of evil in the first page introducing her! Misleading our heroes into a huge icy pit and leave them there to freeze or starve to death for no apparent reason other than cuz she thought it was funny! That is cold. ANTAGONIST cold.
