Well, well, it's Halloween... and half of my classes have been cancelled, so why not post a picture? XD

A few weeks ago, I decided to play 'Shadow the Hedgehog'... just to fool around, I guess. While I was "fooling around," I played through the zone 'Cryptic Castle' and thought, "Hey, that zone would make for an awesome Halloween picture," since it's crawling with Halloween-ish stuff, so I sat down and tried to draw something that depicted a scene in the zone. Unfortunately on that night, I really didn't succeed in doing anything but draw Sara... Shadow looked so crappy, I just gave up. But then this past weekend I was looking through my huge pile of scraps to throw away and I found the pic, and my sis told me I should try again. Well, I did, and so now this pic was created.

Just a random scene of Shadow (since it's his game), my sis' chara Sayuri-Amaya, and my chara, Sara... and who knows what they're doing. But, Shadow is holding that torch (unfortunately Sara covers most of it up), I guess trying to guide them through the darkness, and there's tons of ghostly orbs surrounding them (Got that idea from the background scenery in the zone). And Amy's somewhere in the back flapping her arms and yelling, "Shadow! We gotta look for Cream!!" Yeah, whatever...

Look at the CUTE TREE!!! It's too cute to be called scary.

I think this pic took the longest amount of time for me to color out of all of my other pics. Lineart was a cinch, but when it came time to draw out a background, I really had issues... and had to use so many layers too that I thought my laptop was going to crash. XD I know it doesn't look really great, but, it's the best I could do... since I suck with backgrounds.
