I hate drawing human charas... Well, I can't draw very realistic...
But, this was my first attempt at drawing Elise, and since I know I can't draw realistic human eyes, I made her more anime-ish with bigger eyes. Oh, and ignore her crooked mouth. I couldn't get it to look right.
This was practice for the comic/collab that me and my sis are working on... of course, Elise won't look like this in the comic.
I finally asked my sis to show me how to airbrush, so this pic was also practice on airbrushing. It's not as hard as I thought it would be, but I still have a lot more left to learn. ^^
Did a feathery background to match with Elise's feathery self.
I also accidentally screwed up Elise's eye color, but there was no way I could correct it since I had already exitted out of PSP before I noticed.

Th pic was airbrushed *o_o* XD See, now this looks so realistic! Actually, your no lineart pics are better than mine... cuz I dunno how use layers. I just color over lineart
But anyways, Elise looks so pretty. I love how you did her see through on her dress. An her hair looks lovely. Th BG is very pretty. Love all th stars an th moon. Th feathers are pretty too.

I did both the highlights and shading on the hair on a separate layer from the original hair color, and used the airbrush tool set to 1-3% opacity. Then I used the original color to shade and highlight, but changed the blend mode, such as dodge for the shading and burn for the highlights. Then I smeared it accordingly, and played with the layer's blend mode to enhance the colors. I hope that helps! ^_^
