So I just realized I must be A.D.D. as an artist. I am ALL over the place when it comes to my gallery and there's no continuity at all... this feels like journal-esque rant, but I just realized it, and am too lazy to rewrite a journal.This is the Eternal Sailor Moon compact (exterior). Done entirely in the pen tool as a an exercise for me. Except for the background and the sparkle effects!
It should be pretty accurate, but if something is off, I don't really want to hear it. No wait, I do, then I can ignore the comment like it never happened. Vengeful. I am inconsistent and vengeful.And I ramble....
I plan to do all the compacts exteriors and interiors and then release them as a resource so nobody has to re-draw this every again, because it's alot of damn work. lol.

Oh, no wait. I'm a liar. The actual brooch was done with the pen tool, and the background and sparkles, wasn't. Lol
All the effects were added as an after thought, so I kinda forgot about it when I wrote the description. ....which I can't figure out how to edit. ...

How did you texturize your background though? Is that a brush?
I think there's an edit comment link thingy on the left navigation bar. I had to do that a few times when I forgot to link comic pages together.
