Description
Made a little base, but I wanted to practice my pixels, so I hope this is okay 'v'It's mostly designed for a Plumerian, but with a few little fixes you can easily make it for another canine (the feathers are on separate layers), as well as change the tail~
I also included the BG into the file, as well, so hf with that!
You can also pay in USD! Just comment and i'll get to you for that 'v'

Unfortunately not, as my SAI doesn't work with .psd for some reason?
Like I can open them, but once I have a .psd, I can't save them.
I'm cool if you get it and send it to someone with .sai to convert it for you, though!

if the psd has text elements or things of the sort that sai doesn't contain, it won't open or save ;v; maybe that's it? :3
