*cough* I'm sorry, but my friend kept saying that randomly during class at Japanese camp. Now, I witness "barrel" and my brain goes flying out the window. I still don't know what it's from.
And thank you so, so, so much for knowing how to draw people playing the violin. I've had it up to here (the ceiling) with string players playing halfway up the fingerboard. (Please, just... no. No.)

Do a barrel roll comes from a 1998 video game called Star Fox 64, where you play as sci-fi fighter pilot named Fox McCloud (who is a fox lol). His mentor and wing-mate named Peppy Hare (who is a rabbit) says "DO A BARREL ROLL!" like two minutes into the first level, and it's been a internet phenomena ever cents.

The expressions are priceless. I'm particularly fond of the top middle one where Ferris looks rather devious. You seem to know him so thoroughly. Did you base his personality off of yourself?

I find myself becoming ridiculously fond of Ferris. ANd it isn't just a little because he reminds me rather much of Owen from the old Gargoyles show.

Sorry, just looking closer, and finding I need to prattle at you yet more... I also really, REALLY like the expression first on the left second row... he looks, well, tragic. Like he's looking at world of sadness that he normally keeps the door locked very tightly on...
Damn, one of these days I'll have the time to back track and actually find out what the hell is actually going on in all these stories for these characters... The art alone is intriguiging enough that I make random guesses, but knowing there's an actual story there to them is maddening. I'll get there. Someday.
