THe top left is funny. I'm not entirely sure why, but he just looks so shocked...wonder what would make him look like that? And the second row middle scares me. I mean, if someone gave me that look....dang....

i LOVE the middle one, with the pencil behind his ear. to me, it says, "hey man, i'm gonna kick you ass and THEN i'm gonna do the outline around your body." awesome. i

I know... I guess I just goofed on the proportions. Besides, it's generally safer to risk calling a violin a viola than vice versa. I know some very irritable violists who are heartily sick of being mistaken for violinists.

I don't know why, but I've always like character/expression sheets. Probably because I like seeing the different sides to the characters I like

I seriously love his eyebrows. His expressions make him move off the screen and into my mind. And he reminds me of my brother... a LOT. Only my brother has thinning brown hair and glasses that have no rims. >>; Well... and minor occupational differences.

i love this guy, his design is so simple but he really stands out somehow. your expressions are really beliveable. my favorite is the bottom left one of the six
and props for drawing the instrument pose so well, especially the bow and pegs on the instrument. i gotta ask...is it a viola? it looks a little too wide for a violin.

What a lovely violin. Would you mind if I used this as a reference sometime? I have to draw someone playing an instrument for animation and I'd love to draw someone playing the violin. (It's my favorite instrument. ^_^) The only problem is that I don't know anyone that plays and I don't quite have the talent to do it freehand yet. (That's why I'm asking.) *nervous laugh* This is so good, it'd be like looking off an actual person. Just thought I'd ask. I know how much artists hat it when their stuff gets stolen.
Anyway, this is absolutely lovely.
