i am sorry if i seem rude, and harsh, and unfair. my rules do not ask much, and
i only ask that they are followed. unfortunately, users have broken them in the
past, and as such i have lost track of my adoptables. to prevent this, i must be
strict, and therefore i can and will deny someone the right to purchase one of
these designs.

these will be 80 points each. these are now 40 points!
