Wanted to do something for Halloween, so this is it!
This is Dreck, he's a necromancer of sorts. Dreck can't really make undead beings from remains, but he can animate dead things like puppets. He's also capable of turning someone living in to an undead if he tricks them in to it. He's part of a kitsune faction known as the Chaos Faction, they believe in making changes by whatever means necessary, that nothing should stay stagnant and progress must always be made.
