Description
So as I said in my previous submission, I had 9 forms, now 10 when combining all of them.

So this is Jack, who goes by different names depending on the universe. (Names include 'Jack Lantern' for the pony, 'Jitterbug', 'Phanteon', 'Erebus' for the espeon, 'Phantom' as a fox or rabbit) He's an alien shapeshifter who can dimension travel but generally at the price of not knowing his true form and living a new life. When he dies, he returns to his true form with all the memories of the lives he had, and once he gets bored he'll dimension hop again.
He doesn't remember his true form, or at least his true form isn't really a solid form but a shapeless ball of light and gas from what he understands.

The 'fusion' form is kind of a gremlin in size, all the characters are to scale with one another save for the mantis changeling.
