It's from a situation in a tumblr, someone suggested Derpy try and be 'sexy' for the Doctor and that sock are sexy on ponies. So Derpy was putting on sock but having trouble doing so and fell on her legs like it shows in the picture and the Doctor walks and and 'sees' Derpy. Very embarrassing for the both of them.
