Why do you proudly announce your status as 'a brony' at the bottom of each of your posts if you don't even watch approximately a third of the show? Refusing to watch something because you don't care for it, or as you put it 'I don't pay attention to the musical numbers' before even knowing what it is sounds an awful lot like many of my friends- who refuse to watch My Little Pony because, as they put it 'I don't like My Little Pony' (I don't pay attention to My Little Pony?). Obviously they, like you, will never know if they like it or not because they never even gave it a chance.
Perhaps you should consider giving some of the songs a shot instead of allowing your preconceived notions about what you think the song is going to sound like stop you from listening to/watching the musical numbers.
Also: did you just never watch season1 episode 11?
