Her name is pronounced exactly as it's spelled, since it's a phonetic representation of Japanese.
But, if you're unfamiliar with the convention used, it's still difficult.
So... think /Mee-Khan/ or perhaps more simply, it rhymes with correctly pronounced "pecan".
Her name translates literally as "Orange" or "winter fruit", since she was born in November
