My part of an art trade withThis is her bat pony OC, Monev! My 1st bat-pony drawing! I'm actually happy with the result.
Tried to make faded shadow, once again. Thought would fit her better.
But the most interesting part for me was coloring the eyes. Needed to figure out how to make with the different pupil.

She looks adorable in the pose and styleeee~
I love the pose; curling hooves close to the body just looks like their so tiny and cute and precious-
Speaking of tiny, look at those ear tufts, yessssss.
Firstly, her mane is just, not according to the ref and I LOVE IT. I definitely imagine her mane to be a flat dangling mess, something I don't think I can ever do properly, ahah.
Secondly, I like the effect of the pupils. He'll, I like how you drew them. The lil' kawaii-desu eye shines are actually kawaii. Suitable for only my most adorb bat.
Only a lil nitpick, i-if you don't mind-
>Cutie marks physically can't be completely upside down unless the character is actually upside down. Thighs that stretch out don't really change much for the cutie mark. Of course, I don't actually know what I'm saying, they're butt marks for Celestia's sake.
I'm not gonna nitpick on the massive wing bone behind her. I know the struggle with those wings, just look at other references probably. Or the generic 'practice' thing, heh.
To sum up, you might've just portrayed the character I've intially imagined in my mind. I envy it.

And THANK YOU very much for the critique! I'm always opened for feedback and I appreciate it. The artist that is not open-minded for opinions and hints (and of course, things that he didn't do properly) is condamned to mediocrity, something that I really don't want to.
I like to do art trades because I can put some of my own style at others drawings =3
I guess it happened with her mane, as you said... But I'm happy you still liked it.
This eye style was a 1st attempt of "bat style". I'm also happy with the final result.
And yes... now you said that, the wing bone is completely out of size. I'll need to work more with that.

Yeah, that was my 1st time drawing this eye style. It was interesting! It's always good to learn something new with each new drawing. With this one, I learned that eye style and bat wings. XP points incoming hehehe
