My entry for `capncraka 's Periodic Table of Emotes Project .My entry was for Neon (Ne) that is mostly seen in neon lights. This was a good time for me to use Paint.net along with MS Paint. (MS for making the emote and .net for the gradient that is the lighting effect outside the emote.) I'm very glad with the way it came out, I'm getting to understand Paint.net... Slightly.

I think the glow could have faded out more effectively, looking at the project itself it looks harshly cut off. Though it is understandable, with such limited space....
Anyway, congrats on getting neon.
