Well, here's something good: the director of XBOX said that Banjo and Kazooie are allowed to be DLC in Sm4sh, and the bear and bird have been nominated for that role (no word on Conker, though).

Emotions on Gmod are kinda complicated, but yeah, Donkey Kong is sure one sad of a monkey to see Banjo-Kazooie and Conker leave. At least Nintendo still owns the Donkey Kong franchise and is making good use of it.
Trivia: The main reason why Microsoft bought Rareware is because they wanted the rights to the Donkey Kong franchise, but the Donkey Kong franchise is Nintendo property to begin with, as it got Nintendo-made arcade games around the 1980's.

What made Microsoft think Nintendo would allow them to lay even a single finger on The Donkey Kong franchise in the first place? Donkey Kong is a part of the Mario franchise and there is no way Nintendo would let one of the many branches of Mario go to some lousy third-party company.

I love Banjo and Kazooie so much! And if they wouldn't have been bought by microsoft, they could have been on the Wii virtual console which would have been awesome. I've never played Conker's bad fur day. When it came out I would have been too young. But now I'm looking for a copy for my N64. I'd love to experience this game! It looks a lot like BK. I can't find a reasonably priced one though because I guess its a collectors item now or something. But I'm going to keep looking.

Some people can't get the actual consoles anymore since they're going at high prices and are difficult to get working. I have the actual console but it's old and rarely plays properly, which is heart breaking considering how many years I've had it and that it was given to me by a close friend of mine before they vanished. So instead of having a melt down and accusing someone of being cheap, think about what you're going to say so you don't sound like an ass. Now let's be the mature, responsible adults we are and continue on with our lives.
Besides, there are some good emulators out there, in case you've had a bad experience with one.

Really? It's legal if you own the console, which I do but some of the old classic games cost a tonne nowadays, let alone the consoles, so it's easier for fans to play an emulator with a gamepad
