.:. Dragon Rising .:.This shot was taken this morning using my Nikon 5400 Coolpix, the whole idea of todayβs trip was to experiment with water effects and the beautiful colours of a sunrise to see what could be done. I feel this is one of the better shots I got this morning. The instant that I saw this shot Dragons just came to mind, it looks so much like a Dragon rising up out of the waves that I just had to use it.

Oh wow, I usually don't fave photography but this one is one of those rare images that wasn't set up, everything came together and an excellent photographer was there to capture it and know how to do so. Having that eye is the skill that so many lack, wonderful job.

I love the idea and I'd like to see it improve. If you ever retake this shot try to get it more in focus. I recommend a quicker shutter speed, or maybe if you have a setting on your camera for fast action shots (usually has a little blurry running man next to it

Impressive shot! I'min complete awe of this extrairdinary piece. The colors are gorgeous and the way the sunlight reflects off the water is simply amazing and adds a bit of interesting contrast to the piece, as well as some lovely depth. I love how the dragon's head is curled slightly above the sun. Simply marvelous.
