But this flying pillar bothers me... Why is it there? How is it holding in midair? I see it is build out of block so why isn't it fall apart?

It's likely an archway that had a piece taken out of the middle.

Yes I get that. But even if the blocks manage it to stick together it would have quite alot of weight to cause the archway to fall down. And even if we overlook the boring things (logic, gravity) it still doesn't add to the image. On the contrary, it has so high contrast that it creates a third selling point and I am sure that it wasn't the intent. Yes if you delete it complete from the picture there will be an ungly empty space but you can work around it by adding higher trees, birds or something else.
Aside from that point the image is great! Good job on the depth, reflections and the whole atmosphere
